Because we want to be the best security agency in Orlando, we’re always investing in continuing education for management and officers throughout our organization.Our Managerial staff members, who are certified in crisis prevention intervention,are holding another CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) training class for our security officers and staff. This helps to ensure they are prepared for situations that arise where quick responses are needed.
CPI is a way to intervene with potentially volatile situations in a non violent way, for example in handling a mentally ill or psychologically unstable person who is creating an issue.
